The Naturopathic Nurse Assessment includes a comprehensive 2 hour holistic health assessment.  We will review:  your health history, past and current;  medications and supplements you are taking or considering;  previous treatments you have tried.  We will also discuss your emotional, spiritual and physical whole body needs. 

 

Together, we will devise a detailed referral and plan for labs and a consult with Dr. Heidi Hook, ND. Auburn Naturopathic Medicine - Online Naturopathic Services & Products.  Visits with Dr. Heidi will be done virtually.  We may also discuss the use of supplements and I can provide you with recommendations. 

 

You may choose to continue health coaching with me or you may only choose to work with Dr. Heidi.  There is no obligation for either.
